How do I know if the item is authentic?

All items are thoroughly inspected by our buyers and luxury handbags are guaranteed authentic through Entrupy. Entrupy is 99.1% accurate and if you purchase an Entrupy Certified item from us that turns out to be counterfeit, we will refund you the full cost of the item. What is your return policy?

Online Return Policy

Unless otherwise stated, customers have 14 days (from purchase date) to decide if they want to return an item. Items must be returned back to labelswap within 7 days of initiating the return. 

Refunds will be credited back in the form of store credit or in your original form of payment.  If you decide to receive your refund on your original form of payment, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If you decide to receive your refund via store credit, labelswap will either provide you with a prepaid return label or cover the shipping cost to return.  

Labelswap will cover return shipping costs one time per calendar month only; additional return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.  Items originally purchased using store credit will always be refunded back in the form of store credit. Items being returned must have the original tags attached to the item and be in the same condition as they were when the items were shipped out.  Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be returned.  Handbags, jewelry, accessories and discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Do you offer curbside pickup?

Yes! If you'd like to pickup your items curbside, use the code STOREPICKUP at checkout. Once you arrive at our store, call 813-535-7927 and tell one of our sylists that you are here for curbside pickup. They will bring your item out to you! 

How do I know if the item is in good condition? 

We want our customers to be able to shop online at labelswap.com with complete confidence. For this reason, we only accept the highest quality items from our sellers. Our trained buyers review any intakes to make sure that there’s no excessive wear, extreme discoloration or missing hardware. 

What if the item is not what I expected?

Labelswap and lableswap’s employees provide every attempt to describe items as accurately as possible; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photo quality, color accuracy, or other content of any item is accurate, complete, or without error.  If a received product is not as described, the only remedy a customer has is to return the item.  Please understand that due to the nature of the buying process, items may be slightly different than they appear online and sizes may vary, although we only accept items with sizing information on the tag.

When will my order be processed?

Items will be packaged the next business day from the order, and same business day for the expedited delivery option.  You will look fabulous in no time!

Do you charge sales tax on orders?

Yes.

 Do you offer free shipping?

Customer orders over $49 will receive free shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

Labelswap is not able to cancel an order once it has been received.

 What if my order isn’t received or says it was delivered, but I didn’t get it?

Labelswap currently uses the US Postal Service to ship orders.  Sometimes, orders are delivered to the wrong address, or even not delivered at all.  We suggest a few things:

  • Confirm your address prior to submitting you order
  • Check with your friends, neighbors, front desk, property manager, maintenance, or spouse first to see if the item is around.
  • Confirm the order specifics with the delivery provider to see if the package may have been held, lost, etc.
