LABELSWAP 101: A comprehensive guide to navigating our store 😉

  1. VISIT FREQUENTLY: It's pretty magical how often our inventory changes. Visit frequently to avoid missing out on our hottest new items! We get 100-200 new arrivals of men's and women's items in daily.

  2. CHOOSE STORE CREDIT IF YOU'RE SHOPPING: We pay our sellers 30% of the item's resale value in cash or 50% in store credit. If you're purchasing an item, always choose store credit for the best deal.

  3. GO AHEAD, TRY IT ON: Thrift sizing can vary! That's why we keep our fitting rooms open and sanitized frequently.

  4. NOT JUST CLOTHING: Don't just visit us when you need a new outfit; we carry all types of accessories, from handbags and jewelry to ties and belts! Save big on the brands you know and love.

  5. VISIT US AFTER WORK: We recently changed our hours to help accommodate our customers! On weekdays we are open from 10 AM to 8 PM and on weekends we are open from 10 AM to 6 PM. Now you can come see us on yourschedule.

  6. FOLLOW US FOR CUTE FINDS: Keep an eye on our social media posts and stories (linked at the bottom of this email) to avoid missing out on your dream item!

  7. BACK IS BEST: Our back entrance has the most parking available (43 spots to be specific) and special seller parking spots available. There's additional parking available on both sides of our building, but we think you'll like the back lot the best.
