luxury and authenticity
Do you have a luxury handbag or accessory that you would like to bring in? Our scheduler allows you to set a dedicated time to bring in your item(s) and have them reviewed by our team. Appointments can last anywhere from 15-60 minutes depending on how many items you have and the speed of our AI authentication software called Entrupy.
Consignment
Labelswap is now offering luxury consignment to our customers. Bring your items in to discuss or you can schedule a luxury buy appointment by clicking above. We require a signed agreement to consign, allow a maximum of 5 items per customer, and will aid in pricing. Consigned items will follow our markdown protocol whereby the first 2 months the item(s) will be offered at full price, month 3 and 4 discounted 25% and the 5th month discounted 50%. Payment to the consigner will be available 7 days following the sale and will be between 50 to 60% of the sale price depending on the final sales price.
Authenticity

All items are thoroughly inspected by our buyers and luxury handbags are guaranteed authentic through Entrupy.
Entrupy is 99.1% accurate and if you purchase an Entrupy Certified item from us that turns out to be counterfeit,
we will refund you the full cost of the item. If you have specific questions about this process or a specific item,

How does Entrupy work?

Entrupy uses artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to authenticate select luxury branded handbags and accessories. Entrupy reviews microscopic images of logos, leathers, hardware, and materials via the Entrupy device and app where the algorithms will score the item as either authentic or unverified based on the images submitted.

How accurate are the results?
​
Entrupy has a 99.1% accuracy rating. We want all of our customers to feel that they can thrift shop risk free, so if a certified item turns out to be counterfeit, we will refund you the total cost of the item.

How long does it take?
​
