What can I expect when I sell to labelswap for the first time?
Selling to labelswap is easy and appointments are not necessary. Bring up to 30 clothing items (plus unlimited accessories), laundered and folded — leave the hangers and containers at home. Our team will help you set up a seller account, then you can either stay in our store while we process your items, or leave your items with us to review, which takes 24–48 hours.
We’ll text you when your offer is ready, and you can return to the store for cash or store credit, accept remotely for store credit, and/or donate the rest. Not every item is selected — store needs, condition, season, inventory, and current trends all factor in.

How many items can I bring in to sell?
You can sell up to 30 clothing items at a time at labelswap, plus unlimited accessories like purses, jewelry, and hats.
No appointment is needed — we buy seven days a week.
Do I need an appointment to sell?
No appointment needed! You can sell to labelswap seven days a week at our South Tampa store on Kennedy Boulevard, with 43 parking spaces and spots reserved for sellers.
What sizes do you accept?
labelswap buys women’s clothing sizes 00–16, women’s shoes 5.5–10.5, men’s clothing small–XXL (or waist 30–42), and men’s shoes 9–13.
What brands does labelswap buy?
labelswap buys current, on-trend women’s and men’s brands, including names like lululemon, Athleta, Free People, Anthropologie, Reformation, and designer handbags.
We focus on in-season, like-new pieces.

Do you pay cash or store credit for clothes?
Both. labelswap pays cash on the spot, or 30% more if you take store credit.
You choose whichever works for you when your offer is ready!
How do I get the most money for my items?
To get the best offer at labelswap, bring in-season, freshly laundered items in like-new condition, and check our most-wanted list before you come.

Why were my items turned away or given a low offer?
labelswap passes on items for a few reasons — a rip, stain, or missing part, or factors like current inventory, season, and trends.
We work hard to buy all your treasures, but occasionally a buyer may miss something! If you’d like a second opinion, just ask, or review the “turned down for what” sheet placed inside your returned items.

labelswap is Tampa’s largest upscale resale and thrift store — 4,200 square feet with 10,000+ unique items, on Kennedy Boulevard in South Tampa.
Customers sell us their stylish apparel for cash or store credit, and we resell these brand-name fashions at prices well below new, with consignment on luxury pieces too. Hundreds of men’s and women’s items arrive daily.

Is everything at labelswap secondhand?
Yes, labelswap specializes in resale and consignment.
Every piece is a current, like-new or gently used designer and brand-name item, sold at a fraction of the original retail price. Many of our items are actually brand new, with tags!

Where is labelswap located?
labelswap is located at 3143 West Kennedy Boulevard in South Tampa, Florida, and open seven days a week.
We have 4,200 square feet of retail space and 43 parking spaces, including dedicated seller spots.
We are open M-F: 10am-8pm and Sat-Sun: 10am-6pm!
What is your return policy?
At labelswap, you have 7 days from the purchase date to return an item for store credit. Returns must have the original tags attached and the original receipt. Handbags, jewelry, accessories, shoes, and discounted items are final sale.
In December, we extend returns to 30 days (same terms) so you can give the gift of labelswap worry-free.
Do you offer a rewards program?
Yes — labelswap has a free loyalty rewards program. Just ask a cashier for a loyalty card next time you check out in store!
What is a "level up" sale?
A Level Up sale is a special event at labelswap where over 75% of the store is marked 75% to 95% off the original price. During these sales, every discount tier “levels up” — so already-reduced tags drop even further.
We announce all sales and deals through our email newsletter, texts, and social media, so be sure to follow and subscribe, so you don't miss any sales, events, or special deals!
I have labelswap store credit, how long does it last?
labelswap store credit is valid for 12 months from the date it’s issued!
It’s tied to your account, so just give us your name or phone number at checkout to redeem it in-store at our South Tampa location.
Be sure to use it within the year so you don’t lose it!
